Here we go! 13 Days until the big training begins! The first huge debut of Team SPAZ making a statement for 14+ hours on a 140.6 course. Last week and the next 2 weeks ahead are prep weeks. Prep for the base fitness it takes to even start the training (not that I ever really stopped training). The hip bursitis is starting to subside and running is fun again! Cardiovascularly, I know that taking 4 weeks off of running takes a toll but we are slowly gaining it all back. Coming back better than EVER! P<3

All over muscle aching, tremors in hands, and pretty bad nausea are the symptoms of my anxiety rearing it's ugly head this morning. I try to calm myself but the symptoms persist. I am cooking food for the week to push through but the symptoms persist. As the holidays start full swing I feel myself slipping further and further into a dark place. This is extremely hard to put into words. My brain demon wants me to hide under the covers but also has me afraid I would die there alone. This time of year is so hard for so many. I will keep that thought today as I push through my own anxiety symptoms.
