Here we go! 13 Days until the big training begins! The first huge debut of Team SPAZ making a statement for 14+ hours on a 140.6 course. Last week and the next 2 weeks ahead are prep weeks. Prep for the base fitness it takes to even start the training (not that I ever really stopped training). The hip bursitis is starting to subside and running is fun again! Cardiovascularly, I know that taking 4 weeks off of running takes a toll but we are slowly gaining it all back.
